NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is the most powerful set of techniques, with the potential to make significant, fast and easy changes in your life. The NLP techniques are results orientated, to give you understanding of yourself and control of your unconscious and conscious thinking. The programme will show you how to use these techniques with yourself and others – individually and in a leadership role.

The Basis of NLP

Understanding your fundamental beliefs and how they operate allows you to identify and take control of the intricate connections between your mind, your emotions and your behaviour.

Achieving Your Goals

Unlocking your potential will teach you the techniques used by the most successful goal setters and goal achievers. You will learn the difference between creating a goal that you can achieve and a goal that you don’t achieve. You will learn the way to set goals that you always achieve. You will discover how to ask questions so that all your aspirations become free from confusion or ambiguity.

These are some of the skills you will learn

Rapport – how to create instant liking and agreement.

How would you like to be able to instantly switch into mutual understanding with anyone you choose? How to increase your sensitivity and reading of body language and its true meaning. Understand how to use unconscious body postures so that people associate positively with you. Identify the nature of voice tonality in order to build rapport, even on the telephone. Learn how to create instant liking when communicating with friends, relatives and even people you don’t know.

Representational Systems

Become aware of how our senses are represented internally in the nervous system. Discover the significance of what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste and how these can influence our responses, even when we are not conscious of the process. Learn how people have different preferences in the way they use their senses and how this shapes their response to processing information. Learn how to communicate effectively by using the appropriate representational system. Identify how eye movements can reflect a person’s thoughts and how to use this information in a creative manner to increase rapport and understanding.

Submodalities – The Secret Programming of the Mind

Discover the inner encoding mechanism of the brain and how to use it to change behaviour. Get rid of unwanted behaviours and reinforce desirable behaviours. Learn how to give your mind instructions that improve your life strategies. Deal with unwanted emotional responses and learn how to change them.

Linguistic Patterns

Take your listening skills onto a new level by understanding the significance of words and learn to hear the meaning of what is unsaid. Recognise the nature of personality by the way people use words. Discover how to customise your speech to make it appropriate to each individual, so that your communications become superbly effective. Discover the value of abstract language and how to assist people to overcome objections and change their mind.

Anchoring

How to give yourself resources that you can invoke at a moments notice. Become in charge or your internal state. Discover the nature of trigger and stimulus and how it can move people into a specific direction. Free yourself from unwanted internal responses and create alternative strategies. Gain the ability to use strong personal resources whenever you want them.

Strategies

Discover the way our decision making follows a sequence of internal processes to create a certain result and understand how to vary these strategies in order to make your results successful every time. Achieve long lasting strategies that make you a more effective person. Discover how to read the process different individuals use for buying things and how to sell things to such people, to achieve better results. Find out how love and attraction strategies work. Understand life skills that will improve all your relationships.

Inner Conflicts

Remove inner conflicts so that you are no longer saying to yourself “I want this but I’m not sure...” or “I can’t decide between this course of action and that other course of action.” Learn how parts integration can bring all these inner conflicts to an end so that you become fully integrated as a complete and focussed individual.

Unlocking Your Potential

All these topics are covered in our programme Elements for Excellence and completing the entire programme will lead to you becoming a Certified as an NLP Practitioner and a Certified NLP Coach.
